Xperience Home Gateway Solution

Xperience Home Gateway solution performs end-to-end diagnostic and monitoring of the Quality of Service (QoS) for the multi internet connections the Customer has, either if it is fiber, DSL or mobile, and test and monitor the mobile environment in case fiber or DSL lack of connectivity. These measurements run through the probe installed on the Home Gateway, which allows detection of any impacts felt on internet speed experience towards the best quality of experience (QoE) and the service availability to provide. Using Xperience Home Gateway solution, Vodafone Portugal can assure Business Customers continuous levels of service availability over the multi internet connections they might have.

Xperience Home Gateway Solution assures high service availability during all life-cycle service phases from installation to support.
