As this activity is\ntypically outsourced, we needed a standardized method to accept the deployed\nwork and to verify the service quality, Mr. Paulo Ribeiro, Head of Network\nEngineering of NOS explained. \u201cFurthermore, having our customers in mind, we\nwere looking for a solution that would perform tests from their perspective.
