Xperience\n<em>Care Center<\/em> is running in-depth, real-time, on-demand diagnostics direct\nfrom a user\u2019s desktop computer, to identify bottlenecks, equipment failures and\nother network problems with a user\u2019s service. &nbsp;ZON Multimedia customers can now\ncomprehensively measure performance and diagnose a host of service problems\ndirectly from their end to remedy issues rather than waiting for escalation,\ndispatching on-site technical support or for more in-depth testing from the\nnetwork core.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With Xperience <em>Care\nCenter<\/em>, a customer can contact ZON Multimedia technical support and be\ninstructed to launch the application on the fly from a link via ZON Multimedia\u2019s\nweb portal, thus requiring no end user pre-deployment. &nbsp;The entirely web-based, solution performs\nend-to-end testing and measurement including, latency, bandwidth measurement,\nequipment diagnostics, application access issues and more. &nbsp;Test results are practically instant and\nviewable by the support technician and end user during support incidents. &nbsp;The unique combination of PC diagnostics and\nthroughput data offers the helpdesk stuff a holistic view to customers\u2019 quality\nof experience allowing instant classification between customer or network\nproblems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This fast\nresolution also offers ZON Multimedia the ability to increase customer\nsatisfaction and productivity while saving ZON Multimedia on the time and cost\nof dispatching on-site support or implementing more investigative testing from\ntheir end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cStreambow\u2019s <em>Care Center<\/em> solution helps ZON Multimedia in its effort to continually increase customer satisfaction, this time through faster, more comprehensive diagnostics to remedy user cable service impairments without requiring customer pre-deployment of special hardware or software.
