Xperience App collects Customer Feedback for network improvements

Streambow’s Customer Feedback App for Smartphone devices provides mobile network operators with a clear understanding of the delivered Customer Experience and gives precise indications for improvements.

Streabow’s Xperience Feedback App provides Mobile Operators insight view of customer problem distributions within their network in correlation to network availability and quality and can now steer improvements based on proven, customer experience affecting, shortcomings.
Mobile customers can use the Feedback App to report detected quality issues and their perceived experience (QoE). Simultaneously the App diagnoses and adds Quality of Service (QoS) indicators concerning the local radio conditions and performance.
The Operator gets a clear picture of problem distributions within their network in correlation to network availability and quality and can now steer improvements based on proven, customer experience affecting shortcomings.
Aggregated result views, available through the Xperience Management System allow to effectively analyse the obtained Customer Experience data for decision making.
The App runs on Android-based devices and supports GPRS, EDGE, UMTS, HSPA, HSPA+ and LTE networks and Wi-Fi.
