Streambow is releasing its new line of QoE HW Probes

Streambow, is releasing a new line of hardware probes that allow telecommunication operators to implement cost-efficient use cases in the area of Customer Experience Management.
The probes are ideally suited for unattended deployments assuring the stable and continuous production of Quality of Experience (QoE) KPIs.

The probes are small form factor servers, designed for indoor usage even in a living room environment. They offer low power consumption and are absolutely silent.
Hardware probes are typically installed at strategically important locations across the network, such as concentration points, shopping malls, operator shops, business customers or selected residential customers and are running routing service quality tests and may collect additional network parameters, radio parameters, …
For mobile networks, the probe can be equipped with a mobile USB dongle or an internal 3G/4G mobile card.
Like all other Xperience Probes, they are fully controlled through the central Xperience Management System.
Dedicated Probes are available for Mobile Networks including 4G/LTE. Fixed Networks and IPTV.
Dedicated Probes are available for:
– Fixed Network: xDSL, FTTH, Wi-Fi, Cable;
– Mobile broadband networks: GPRS, Wi-Fi, EDGE, UMTS, HSPA, HSPA+ and LTE.
